And when shown proof something was delivered to his store he scoffed and refused to look again when i went in person at get loss to my ndis alloted time. He also without warning served another customer almost on top of me and it wasn't busy at the time. Don't bother using him for click and collect when buying online as he'll misplace it and then lie about it.
